Stardust Background

Great to see Eastern Europe strike again with a new AOR outfit worthy of attention. This quintet is known as Stardust, and hail from Hungary.

This is the new breed of AOR which sounds damn good to these ears. In fact, I am reminded of the latest Zaneta release which we wrote about a few weeks ago.

The sound is clean, hyped up with melodic synths and bristling guitar work. Stardust released a single at the end of 2015 (‘Shine’) and have entered early 2016 with their first EP.

The Songs

Producer/Mixer Beau Hill (who needs no introduction here) has assisted Stardust in capturing their essence.

The three tracks on offer demonstrate what this band is all about. Everything lines up perfectly for these guys. See the three tracks below.

And as expected, is guaranteed to set tongues wagging amongst the AOR/melodic rock community. Yes, the tracks are that good!

In Summary

So now all we’re waiting for is a full-length set, which hopefully we will see some time in 2016. Bring it on I say!

Note: unfortunately there is no YouTube Music link available for this EP. Just the individual tracks as they were posted in 2016.
